Returns & Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items (exceptions apply, like Lingerie, Undergarments and other intimates) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the items from your order. Please do not send the package without first contacting us. We will not be responsible for any losses and shipment costs in such cases.
Most of the items can be shipped to any address (except PO Boxes, Military Addresses) in the world, exceptions apply (please check with us before placing an order outside of - Canada, USA & Europe). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations (Outside of Canada & USA).
We offer a flat rate shipping (shown at checkout) on all products with FREE SHIPPING on orders over US$ 99.00.
In case of International shipments, we are not responsible for additional costs such as local sales tax, customs duty etc charged by your Local Government. We as sellers do not have any control over these costs.
US - 3-5 business days after placing your order (weekends and holidays excluding)
Canada - 3-5 business days after placing your order (weekends and holidays excluding)
International - 15-20 business days after placing your order (weekends and holidays excluding). Sometimes it may take shorter / longer depending upon how fast / slow your local customs process your package.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages which are held by your local customs. In such cases, we cannot refund you the purchase price including shipping charges. This is beyond our scope. Before placing an order, please check with your customs as to whether you can import products being sold on Smash Marketing.
