The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our Manufacturers / Suppliers for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed on our website. The manufacturer / Supplier then processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Manufacturers / Suppliers Warehouse to the final destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. After processing and leaving the Warehouse, items usually take between 15 and 30 days to arrive at their final destination but can take longer depending on the final destination Country due to their own Customs formalities.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check the status of your order. Not all standard shipping orders come with a tracking information.

Please allow approximately 48-72 hours for the processing and shipping of all orders.
