How do I register?

Please follow the instructions:
1. Check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration.
2. It might be a problem caused by Smash Marketing system maintenance, if so, please wait for about 15-30 minutes and try again.
3. Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies.
4. If you have forgotten your password, try to use "Forgot your password?" on "Sign in" page. Fill in the information regarding your registration and submit and then "Reset your password" email will be sent to your email address.
5. If you are still not able to access your account, you can contact us and indicate the problem. We will assign you a new password, and you can change it once you log in.

How can I add/remove my address?
Log into your account and under My Account, click "View Addresses". Here, you can add a new address, remove an existing address, or edit an existing address.

How long will my order take?
We normally ship within 2-4 business days from the date of your order. Depending on your destination, it may take anywhere from 10 to 30 days for the shipment to arrive at your destination. Does the product price include shipping cost?
No, shipping costs are added separately at checkout. However, we do charge a fixed shipping cost depending on your destination. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 to Canada & US and to other locations on orders over $200.
How do I change the shipping method?
Sorry, since we offer a fixed cost shipping we are unable to change the method of shipping.
How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
When items are shipped out, we will send a notification to your registered email address. The tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch. We will send you a notification with the tracking information once it is available to your registered email address.
How to track my purchase(s)?
Once you get the tracking number, you may check the item delivery status online by clicking here. Just input the tracking number in the box and hit "Track"
Why is my tracking number coming as invalid?
The tracking information normally appears after 2-3 working days. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes:
The shipping company has not yet updated the most recent delivery information on their website or you have entered the tracking code wrong or your tracking code may be incorrect.
We suggest you contact us in those situations and we will provide you with your correct tracking number. We will contact the delivery company on your behalf and you will be informed once there is further information.
Why do I have more than one tracking number?
Sometimes we ship your orders from multiple warehouses located in multiple countries. In such cases, you will be provided with more than one tracking number. Don't worry, we don't charge extra for shipping in such cases.
